Duties include parts lookup & sales, parts ordering, parts receiving, online-parts sales, and other aspects of helping manage parts inventory. Unfamiliar with dealership parts operations? That’s ok! The Sales Associate will have the opportunity to engage hundreds of customers to assist in their vehicle purchase. Sales opportunities could be cultivated through internet leads, phone calls, or customer walk-ins. The goal is to establish customer loyalty throughout the vehicle-buying experience.
