Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our society.  For Shepard Auto Group, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, and communities.  We will remain open and continue to make the necessary adjustments in our operations to uphold the highest level of safety for our loyal patrons and team members.

We want to assure you that we have undertaken specific measures guided by the CDC to safeguard our clients, staff, and vendors in the prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  We have increased the frequency of cleanings to include the disinfecting of common surfaces like phones, door handles, touchscreens, keyboards, snack/beverage areas, and restroom facilities (with sanitizing wipes) throughout the day in addition to having the dealership deep-cleaned during closed hours. 

Shepard Auto Group has also provided training for our employees on proactive steps that they can take to protect themselves and our loyal clients.  Our Service valets and technicians will use a new set of gloves per client vehicle, and our sales staff will give “virtual handshakes or elbow bumps” instead of handshakes for the time being.   

We have various platforms to make browsing for a New or Pre-owned vehicle convenient from the comfort of your home.  Shop on your terms!  Shepard Auto Group has a large inventory of New and Pre-owned vehicles on our website waiting for a new home.  Need to schedule service, or purchase a part or accessory?  In a few simple clicks, you can accomplish it all, and we are only a chat, email, or phone call away to assist you!  Complimentary in-home test drives for New & Pre-Owned vehicles are available within a 5-mile radius.
